2. Proprietary Practice Material vs. Official Exam Content
ExamBased does not publish, distribute, or purchase live or confidential examination questions (“brain dumps”) from real estate licensing test providers.
All multiple-choice items, distractor trap breakdowns, rationales, and flashcards available on our platform are originally authored and reviewed by real estate educators based on publicly published state candidate content outlines, statutory codes, and psychometric test specifications.
3. No Pass Guarantee & Non-Accredited Status
Practicing on ExamBased serves as supplementary exam preparation. Achieving a high score or completing all flashcards does not guarantee that a candidate will pass their official state or provincial examination.
ExamBased is not a state-accredited qualifying real estate school. Completion of our practice modules does not satisfy mandatory statutory pre-license educational hours (e.g., the 180 classroom hours required by TREC in Texas or the 135 hours required by the California DRE). Candidates must complete their coursework through state-approved course providers.
