ExamBased provides practice tests, flashcards, legal rationales, and AI tutor explanations designed strictly for supplemental study purposes.

• Independent Resource: We are an independent educational tool. We are not endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pearson VUE, PSI Services LLC, state licensing authorities (such as TREC, DRE, FREC, NY DOS), or provincial regulators.
• No Guarantee of Passing: While content aligns with official blueprints, using our platform does not guarantee a passing score on any official licensing exam.
• Not Legal or Financial Advice: Explanations of statutes, contract forms, or tax codes are for test preparation only and do not constitute professional legal advice.

You may practice as a guest or create an authenticated account via Email & Password or Google Sign-In (Gmail).

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in scraping, fraud, abuse, or attempts to disrupt system security.

ExamBased operates on a freemium model:

• Free Practice Tiers: Essential practice questions and study tools are accessible to all users.
• In-App Purchases (IAP) & Subscriptions: Optional premium content (such as comprehensive jurisdiction test bundles, timed simulator modes, and expanded AI tutor queries) may be offered via in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions.
• Billing & Processors: All purchases are processed securely through certified merchant providers (such as Apple App Store, Google Play In-App Billing, or Stripe). Pricing and billing terms are presented clearly at the point of purchase.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account settings or the respective app store platform. Refund policies follow the guidelines of the store through which the transaction was completed.

All original questions, answer rationales, flashcard decks, software code, and UI elements on ExamBased are the intellectual property of ExamBased.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to study. You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest questions or data using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Resell, redistribute, license, or publish our study content into any commercial package or service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass technical limits of our AI tutor or API endpoints.

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we continuously update our content to reflect current state law and exam outlines, statutes change frequently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamBased and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service.
